I stayed here for two nights with my family during the Christmas holiday and was impressed. The staff provided really good service, always greeting us with a warm smile and assisting with any requests, including last-minute dining reservations. The shower temperature remained consistent, a pleasant relief. Plus, the complimentary daily water bottles were a lovely touch.
I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location was the best - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Good access everywhere as a subway station was next to the hotel. The breakfast at the venue was delicious for Vegetarian;)))
Views appeared to be quite bad.

The view from our room, overlooking the fine mountains and Nakajima Park, was amazing and added to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay. While the breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the croissants and pork steak, communication with the staff was challenging as many had difficulty speaking English. The lack of New Year's Eve festivities left us feeling a bit disappointed, as restaurant hours were limited and there was no way to celebrate the countdown. A comfortable stay, but improvements in English communication and activity offerings would enhance the experience.

Proximity to Nakajima Park, short distance to subway station
Room heating control lacking!!! Limited water bottles a poor touch!!! Next time I'll aim for a park view room, as the view from my room was mediocre.

Fairly clean and top-class place, has splendid views of the park. It has peaceful, strategic setting, just off subway station and beautiful park, the park and subway and international restaurants. Nakajima Park district is absolutely worth visiting...

The location was perfect, just steps from the Nakajimakoen Metro Station, making it easy to explore Sapporo. I was fortunate to witness the cherry blossoms for the first time, right from my room, which boasted a stunning view that included a small waterfall. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of excellent, with a wide variety of options catered to all tastes.
Rooms were a little dated.

We had a fantastic stay and felt we got great value for our money. The room was bright and comfortable, and the location next to the park made for lovely morning walks. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
The hotel breakfast menu could use more vegetarian options.

Food was good and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip. I liked this hip new hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The location was strategic, not too far from Hassouan. Set next to restaurants and bars, it was a plus. The rooms were a nice size and well-equipped with park view and three single beds, for instance. The staff was very amiable, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out.

I had a wonderful stay at the Park, where the elegant atmosphere made my experience nice. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with transportation details. My room was comfortable, providing a great view of the beautiful Nakajima Park, and its convenient location next to the subway made exploring the area a breeze.
No complaints! 😊.
